DETERMINANTS OF ORGANIZATIONAL IDENTIFICATION IN INDUSTRIAL CONTEXT

ABSTRACT

The research aimed to verify the factors related to the identification of workers with their organizational work, through the use of Organizational Identification Scale (EIO), proposed by Oliveira (2008).
